How do I remove ads?
HousePath offers a one-time in-app purchase that removes all ads permanently. Open the app, head to the settings or upgrade screen, and tap Remove Ads. The purchase is handled securely through Apple and tied to your Apple ID, so you can restore it for free on any device you own.
Where does the mortgage rate data come from?
Our mortgage rates are based on publicly available best-buy tables, including those published by MoneySavingExpert (MSE) and Which?. We aggregate this information to give you a helpful overview, but rates change frequently — always confirm the latest figures directly with the lender before making a decision.
